Consumer protection organization releases findings from public-source research on CONSTRUCTco of Kalamata and its principal.
The Hellenic Consumer Protection Initiative has published a due diligence advisory concerning CONSTRUCTco of Kalamata and its principal, Nikos Loumakis. The advisory, based on publicly available records, identifies verified corporate registration details and independently published project history. It also documents gaps in customer feedback, professional licensing confirmation, and pre-incorporation legal continuity that prospective clients may wish to investigate and verify independently.
"Our objective is to compile and present the publicly available record so consumers can make their own informed decisions," said Dimitris Andreou, Director of the Hellenic Consumer Protection Initiative. "The construction sector involves significant financial commitments, and consumers benefit from access to a consolidated view of what is and is not verifiable from public sources. Our core advice is the same we give for any construction contractor: verify every representation independently, get all commitments and cost estimates in writing, speak with previous clients, and always verify everything yourself before signing any contract. The absence of verified customer reviews or confirmed professional registration in the public record does not itself indicate any deficiency, and readers should interpret these gaps as limitations of the public record rather than as negative findings."
According to the Greek Business Registry (GEMI), CONSTRUCTCO E.E. was registered on 2 October 2025 as a Greek limited partnership with registration number 187568145000. The partners are Nikolaos Loumakis as limited partner with 50 percent share and Foteini Loumaki as general partner and administrator holding the remaining 50 percent. The registered business activity covers construction of residential buildings. The formation certificate lists the registered office on Nedontos Street in Kalamata, while the current GEMI record lists a different address in Messini, a discrepancy documented as unresolved in the public record.
The research identified one independently verified project credit published by DOMa magazine, a Greek architecture publication, which names CONSTRUCTco as contractor and Nikolaos Loumakis as statics consultant for three vacation houses in Mani, Messinia, completed in 2023. That project received a 2024 Peers Award in the Best Completed Work category of the Greek Architecture Awards. The company website lists 17 additional projects, but their completion dates and third-party verification could not be confirmed from the public sources reviewed as of October 2026.
The research was conducted on 12 October 2026 using publicly accessible Greek business registry records, architectural publications, consumer review platforms, and the company's public website. The Mani Residences project page from P4architecture confirms Nikolaos Loumakis served as structural engineer consultant on that development. No direct customer reviews for CONSTRUCTco were found on major consumer platforms searched. The registration of Nikolaos Loumakis with the Technical Chamber of Greece was not confirmed through the public sources accessed. CONSTRUCTCO E.E. was registered in October 2025, while several featured projects on its website predate this date, leaving the question of pre-incorporation operational history unverified.
The Hellenic Consumer Protection Initiative recommends that anyone considering working with this contractor conduct extensive independent due diligence before proceeding: verify every representation independently, get all commitments and cost estimates in writing, and speak with several previous clients before making any financial commitment. The advisory makes no determination regarding the quality of CONSTRUCTco's work or professional conduct. The organization may be contacted through its website for a copy of the full advisory with source links.
